Gentle, careful, and accessible (including chair variations): we release stress, breathe more spaciously, and land in the body.Monique is co-author of the KRI-approved program Kundalini Yoga for Self-Care & Caregivers (including “Chair Yoga”)—yoga as practical self-care in busy lives. She also offers Rebozo massage, using a hand-woven cotton shawl rooted in Mesoamerican traditions—supportive in life transitions such as pregnancy, birth, and the start of new cycles (new work, relationship, home), helping to let go of the old and open to the new. https://www.yoganamo.nl · KRI: https://kundaliniresearchinstitute.org

Teresa Brefeld — Sacred Yoga Dance & Boomyoga (Celestial Communication)
Trained as a dance therapist and yoga teacher. Her motto: “Yoga is my nourishment, dance my thirst quencher.”Sacred Yoga Dance begins in a circle and moves to world music and mantras with the breath at the center; the session ends with a long lying relaxation. Her second offering is standing Boomyoga with a seated, dance-like meditation (Celestial Communication), which she calls “Meditation with Grace.” https://teresayogaendans.nl
Marijke Timmermans — Kundalini (heart center) & Sat Nam Rasayan (1-on-1)
Kundalini Yoga for the Heart Center
In this workshop we allow heart energy to flow freely. We practice exercises and a meditation to attune to our heart frequency, so we can be guided by the heart.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that works deeply through the whole system. Physically, we use dynamic exercises to get energy moving again. We also train the mind through breath, focus, mantras, and meditation.
Marijke Timmermans teaches Kundalini Yoga in Ootmarsum and Oldenzaal. She is in the final phase of her training as a Sat Nam Rasayan healer, a lineage closely related to Kundalini Yoga.
Sat Nam Rasayan Healing Sat Nam Rasayan is a meditative form of healing in which the healing power of silence is central. Sessions work on a very subtle level, meeting what you need in the moment. Effects may be physical, as well as emotional, mental, or energetic.

Chi Neng Qigong is a simple, meditative Chinese movement form to let life energy flow again—feel more energetic and stronger.Chi Neng Institute: https://chineng.nl/ons-team/silvia-rouwers/
Ron ten Voorde — Breathwork Sessions
“Healthy Breathing.” In this workshop you’ll learn what healthy breathing is and how to use it consciously to reduce stress, among other things. You’ll discover how with simple breathing techniques you can sleep better, feel more relaxed, and keep your energy up. Breathing becomes a tool to prevent burnout complaints and to feel more connected to yourself. You’ll take home practical exercises you can apply right away.
“Transformational Breathing.” This workshop centers on activating breath: a powerful way to release tension and emotions your body is holding. By breathing actively you go beyond the mind and connect with deeper layers of yourself. This transformational breath experience can be intense and liberating, and is often described as unforgettable. You leave the session lighter, more energized, and with more space within. https://www.rontenvoorde.nl/https://www.thebreathworkmovement.nl/ademcoach/rontenvoorde

Simone Elschot — Tai Chi (Tao) & Qigong

Babet Olde Weghuis — Yoga / Dance / Art
A playful, intuitive session where movement and creativity reinforce one another—from body to canvas and back again. Babet runs the Deer Daddy gallery (Ootmarsum). https://www.babetoldeweghuis.nl/
Yvonne Cuypers — Wild-foraging Walk
Join us and get to know the park’s green companions. In a very hands-on way—through food—we learn about the plants around us and experience how we’re connected to everything around us.
Connection with nature and yoga are, for me, two paths to the same place: a sense of belonging, of coming home, and feeling the flow of life. Experiencing that you are part of nature—the greater whole. A connection with nature (and your own true nature). www.partofnature.nl
Tanja Kienhuis — Healing, Reading & Haptonomy (1-on-1)
Journeys around feeling, connection, and recovery; haptonomy helps you listen to what your body is signaling. Relax lying on the floor or a treatment table while receiving a healing, combined with a reading and a touch of haptonomy. Praktijk Gezond & Geluk (Oldenzaal). https://www.gezondengeluk.nl/
Ferial Moelaert — Bio-Touch™ (1-on-1 / workshop)
Gentle, systematic touch that encourages relaxation and self-healing. Ferial is a Kundalini teacher and Bio-Touch trainer (Dutch translator of the manual). https://yogacentrum-enschede.nl/
Anienka — Yin Yoga
YIN is a quiet, meditative form in which postures are held for longer.
This stimulates the connective tissue and energy flows in the body. You’re invited to slow down, to feel, and to be present with whatever arises—discomfort, tension, or emotion.
Through the stillness and depth of YIN, space for restoration emerges—both physically and energetically.
Discover what YIN can mean for you. You’re welcome to come experience it. https://www.instagram.com/sacredbalance.aiw/
Yulia & Ralph — Gong Fu Cha Tea Session by the Sequoia
Owners of Theehuis Engel’s Tuin, passionate about tea in its purest form. Beneath the magnificent Sequoia they host a mindful Gong Fu Cha session: small cups, multiple infusions, and unhurried pouring. Together you explore real tea and its nourishing effects—clarity, calm, and sustenance for body and mind. https://www.theehuisengelstuin.nl/
Angelika Otter & Leo Klaver & Sven Helbig — Mantra Singing
You’re welcome on a musical journey through different mantras. We sing together—from the heart. No experience needed, no performance pressure. Only your voice, just as it is.
Singing mantras opens something deeper. It helps us come out of the head and reconnect with the body. We make space for what wants to be felt, without needing to “fix” it. Feel where the mantras touch you and what they open in you.
We support you with our voices and musical strength, and together we create a space where everything is welcome.
Whether you sing out loud or begin gently—your voice matters. It’s not about perfection, but about the power of singing together.Lovely to meet each other on 13 Sept. https://yogahuis-oldenzaal.nl/meditatie-workshops/ https://www.sven-helbig.com/
